Am I right in assuming aus.photo is officially dead now? I've been back
here for a couple of days and nothing has been posted that wasn't also
cross-posted to one of the other groups.

Yes, there are very few local posts. And few responses too. About one or two a
month. Seems we have few local readers.

- KRudd at his finest.

"The Labour Party is corrupt beyond redemption!"
- Labour hasbeen Mark Latham in a moment of honest clarity.

"This is the recession we had to have!"
- Paul Keating explaining why he gave Australia another Labour recession.

"Silly old bugger!"
- Well known ACTU pisspot and sometime Labour prime minister Bob Hawke
responding to a pensioner who dared ask for more.

"By 1990, no child will live in poverty"
- Bob Hawke again, desperate to win another election.

"A billion trees ..."
- Borke, pissed as a newt again.

"Well may we say 'God save the Queen' because nothing will save the governor
general!"
- Egotistical shithead and pompous fuckwit E.G. Whitlam whining about his
appointee for Governor General John Kerr.

Did it ever have any volume traffic
that was not cross-posted?

Nothing like the present to start it.
Lead the way?

Unfortunately, I don't have a lot to say on the subject at the moment.
Haven't had a lot of spare time for photography lately. I was hoping that
reading about what others are doing would give me some enjoyment.

I'll risk having a look at r.p.digital and r.p.d.slr-systems.

<optimism=on>
Maybe the bickering has calmed down a bit. ;-)

Don't get your hopes too high: the redneck contingent can't even agree
on what is a good subject for a "contest", let alone true photography
talk...

You and Noons have been wanting me gone from aus.photo for a long
time.
Now that I rarely post here any more, your newsgroup is deader than
your lap.

And thank God for that. If no one has nothing to say,
that is exactly what should happen.
Instead of your insane drivel and off topic bullcrap.

Yep not worth looking at there has been no intelligent discussions only
a lot of crap from the wankers who delight in - if its not cross posted,
insist on adding groups.

Hasn't it been peaceful.
