hey finally bought a 50mm pentax macro f2.8

now i'm wondering about a f1.2 as the f2.8 is fantastic
the f1.2 must be super excellent .

you will find that macro shots are usually taken at a small aperture to
increase the DOF at close subject distance. Having a 1.2 will only allow
more light throught the lens when viewing the subject, you most likely
will never use it at 1.2, whats more you will probably never tell the
difference for the extra money.

You can buy the old M 50mm F1.2 fairly inexpensively and use them with a
reverse ring on another 50mm to get very good results.

If you have the 50mm macro I would recommend something like the Sigma 180mm
macro, fabulous lens.
